According to the technical construction regulation - STR 2.01.02:2016 "Design and certification of energy efficiency of buildings", all newly constructed buildings must have an energy efficiency certificate, which indicates the energy class of the building.

Please familiarize yourself with the technical structures of our buildings. We have the ability to build buildings of all energy classes.

A++

class

A building classified as A++ energy class is considered passive because it uses very little thermal energy. A++ energy class building stands out for its extremely low thermal conductivity of structures, its individual components are joined very tightly, cold bridges are completely minimised, and the method of house insulation used is one of the most efficient.

A+

class

A building classified as A+ energy class is categorised as passive because it utilises very little thermal energy. An A+ energy class building stands out for its extremely low thermal conductivity of structures; its individual components are tightly joined, minimising cold bridges entirely. Moreover, the insulation method used for the house is still considered one of the most efficient available.

B

class

Buildings classified as B energy class are not subject to strict requirements. There are no defined requirements for ventilation systems, electricity consumption, or the tightness of the building itself. Such a building is suitable for summer cottages or seasonal living since it is less insulated.
